Divaker is a strategic business leader, entrepreneur, and ministry executive with more than 15 years of experience in corporate leadership, organizational strategy, and operational excellence. Combining strong commercial acumen with a passion for innovation, technology, and creative problem-solving, he has a proven track record of driving profitability, strengthening stakeholder engagement, and leading high-performing teams.

As a Board Member of VOICE Youth Revival and a current Master's in Leadership candidate, Divaker brings together executive leadership and a heart for ministry, equipping individuals and organizations to achieve sustainable growth while leading with integrity, purpose, and Kingdom values.

Sindujaa
Sindujaa Selliah, BBM, HPRT, MSc, MLead is a psychologist, lecturer, and Programme Coordinator for the Counselling Programme at CTS. She is a graduate of Bangalore University (India) and Coventry University (UK), and an alumna of the Harvard Trauma Group.

With more than ten years of teaching experience across undergraduate and postgraduate programmes, she has also worked extensively with NGOs and INGOs to promote psychological well-being in diverse communities. Her interests include emotional intelligence, trauma, leadership, spiritual formation, and intercultural education. She is currently pursuing a Master of Leadership.
